From humble beginnings with two directors, we've grown into a team of over 75 professionals across five locations nationwide. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a new skilled and motivated professional to join our QLD team with work spanning from Sunshine Coast to Northern NSW.

We specialise in Civil, Building, Rail, and Drone Surveying, and pride ourselves on our collaborative approach, technical excellence, and long-term client relationships.

The Prospect

n

We are open to applications from Survey Technicians with a minimum of 2-3 years' industry experience and also more experienced Engineering Surveyors who can hit the ground running. Reporting to the QLD Survey Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering survey solutions across a range of engineering projects including roads, pipelines, bridges, buildings, and feature surveys.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily survey tasks to meet project deadlines
n
- Assist/perform accurate calculations, drafting, and reporting using industry-standard software
n




- Liaise directly with clients to ensure specifications are met and exceeded
n
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient, quality outcomes
n
- Operate Trimble or Leica equipment to conduct precise fieldwork
n
- Ensure safety, accuracy, and professionalism are upheld in every task
n

About You

n

You are a proactive, detail-oriented surveyor with a proven track record and a genuine passion for your work. You bring:

n

n
- Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience
n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, and/or 12D
n
- Hands-on experience with Trimble and/or Leica survey equipment
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
