An opportunity has presented itself for a Sales Manager to join our intermodal team in Melbourne.

n

What You'll Do

n

Lead the growth and retention of Pacific National's Intermodal customer portfolio, developing strategic partnerships and delivering commercial outcomes that support our long-term business objectives.

n

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Sales and Customer Service you will:

n

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
n
- Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers
n
- Identify market opportunities and lead business development initiatives
n
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage contract renewals
n
- Collaborate with operational and customer service teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making
n

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience in a sales leadership, business development, or account management role
n
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver revenue outcomes
n
- Experience managing complex customer relationships and negotiations
n
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- A customer-focused mindset and passion for building long-term partnerships
n
- Experience within transport, logistics, supply chain, freight, or related industries will be highly regarded
