The Role

n

n
- Establishing project programmes, budgets and delivery strategies
n
- Managing procurement schedules and the letting of trade packages
n




- Coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Monitoring project costs, forecasts, claims and variations
n
- Leading project meetings and maintaining clear stakeholder communication
n
- Resolving design, contractual and construction issues
n

The Criteria

n

n
- A degree in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or a related discipline
n
- Solid knowledge of procurement, contracts, cost control and forecasting
n
- Experience across new builds, refurbishments or fit-outs
n
- Exposure to education, health, aged care, community or government-funded projects will be highly regarded
n

n

Australian permanent residency or unrestricted working rights are required.
