I am working closely with a well-established and growing commercial construction company who are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their Brisbane team.
n
The business has a strong pipeline of work across commercial, education, industrial and multi-residential projects, with a number of exciting projects already secured and more in the pipeline.
n
This is a outstanding chance for a CA who wants to join a business that is going through a significant period of growth, with plenty of opportunity to progress your career as the company continues to expand.

The role:
n
n
- Manage subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account
n
- Prepare and administering contracts
n
- Progress claims, variations and EOTs
n
- Cost tracking, forecasting and reporting
n
- Procurement and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Managing contractual correspondence and documentation
n
- Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered successfully
n
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
n
n
About You:
n
n
- 3+ years' experience in a Contracts Administrator role
n
- Experience across commercial construction, with exposure to commercial, education, industrial or multi-residential projects
n
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, variations and cost management
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
- The ability to manage multiple packages and deadlines
n
- A proactive approach and the ambition to progress
n
n
