Our client is a leading Tier 1 contractor currently delivering a major $700M project in Perth and is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to join their project team.

With an immediate start available and interviews taking place ASAP, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced construction professionals looking to secure a role on a major project.

n

Both contract or permanent opportunities are available, with approximately 6 months remaining on the current project for contract positions, while permanent opportunities offer access to a strong future pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site.
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.
n
- Monitor construction progress against project programs and milestones.
n
- Ensure works meet quality standards, design requirements and contract specifications.
n
- Implement and maintain strong safety and environmental standards.
n
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and safety checks.
n
- Coordinate short and medium-term construction activities with the wider project team.
n
- Monitor subcontractor performance, quality and defect close-outs.
n
- Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.
n
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors,



consultants and key project stakeholders.
n
- Support and mentor site teams to achieve project outcomes.
n

About You

n

n
- Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction.
n
- Strong understanding of construction safety systems and compliance requirements.
n
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing day-to-day site activities.
n
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, construction processes and contract requirements.
n
- Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
n
- Ability to work effectively within a large project team.
n
- Australian Citizenship is required.
n
