Our client, a rapidly growing real estate private credit investment manager, is looking to appoint an Associate to join their Funds Management team.

Ideal role for a strong finance graduate or someone coming from funds management or a similar corporate background in funds, audit or banking looking to get into private credit.

Overview

n

A role within a small, close knit funds management team, supporting portfolio management, fund operations and investor engagement across the firm's real estate credit funds.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Support monitoring of fund portfolios, including NAVs and asset liquidity
n
- Assist with fund updates, information memoranda and DDQs
n
- Support capital allocation processes and new fund launches
n
- Assist with warehouse facility administrationBuild working knowledge of the capital stack,



from senior debt through mezzanine and preferred equity to ordinary equity
n
- Support investor relationship management and capital raising activity
n

Requirements

n

n
- Some experience in funds management, portfolio administration or investment support within real estate credit or a related asset nice to have but not essential
n
- Robust Finance Graduate
n
- 1 -3 years coming from a similar corporate background, custody, audit, Fund admin, banking, wealth management
n
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills
n
- A hard working, prudent self starter keen to build a career in funds management
