Your opportunity to join our Commercial Finance team at Macquarie Park!

In this role you will own the analysis and reporting of Supply Chain operating performance across 6 distribution centres, business partnering with DC managers to drive insights, forecast accuracy and continuous improvement for the Commercial Team in ANZ.

Key responsibilities:

n

- Perform the weekly and monthly analysis and reporting of Supply Chain operating performance across all 6 distribution centres. Scope includes Warehousing, Freight and Weigh Label Rooms
n
- Drive the completion of forecast updates – ensuring accuracy, timeliness and clear articulation of risks and opportunities
n
- Work with the Commercial Manager to prepare and refine budgets, site standards and financial targets
n
- Dig deeper into performance drivers to surface actionable insights and identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities
n
- Challenge the status quo – constructively question existing processes, assumptions and reporting to improve rigour and add value
n
- Business partner with DC managers to translate financial analysis into operational decisions and action
n
- Completion of monthly balance sheet recs (about 4 accounts)
n
- Provide ad hoc reporting and financial support to Supply Chain projects, site benchmarking and performance comparisons
n

Key requirements:

n

n
- Professional qualification (CA or CPA) preferred - or working towards
n
- At least 5 years' experience working in a manufacturing, supply chain or logistics setting
n
- Proven business partnering skills with operational stakeholders
n
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and technology skills
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex business environment
n
- Proficient in using multiple management information systems and advanced Excel skills
n
- Self-starter who takes ownership and drives outcomes with minimal direction
n
- Naturally curious – digs deeper to find the root cause, not just the surface answer
n
- Confident to challenge the status quo and question established processes and assumptions
n
- Self-assured verbal and written communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Analytical, critical thinker with high attention to detail and sound business judgement
n
- Able to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
