Job Description

- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

- Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, and business process flows.
n
- Create and customize forms, entities, views, dashboards, and security roles.
n
- Build integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Services, and .NET technologies.
n
- Develop Power Automate flows and Power Apps solutions.
n
- Work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management for integrations.
n
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
n
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders.
n
- Follow best practices for CRM development, security, and deployment.
