Alcoa's Wagerup Refinery is seeking a Business Improvement Manager to provide strategic leadership for site-wide continuous improvement, deploying ABS principles, lean manufacturing and change leadership across the operation.

You will partner with the Location Manager and senior teams to identify opportunities, coach leaders, drive cross-functional projects, and develop a high‐performing improvement function that sustains excellence.
