About The Role

n

We are seeking a motivated and Fitter to support our Raisebore operations and ancillary fleet at Ernest Henry Mine. This hands‐on role will see you performing a broad range of mechanical maintenance activities across both workshop and underground environments.

Responsibilities

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Perform scheduled maintenance, servicing, fault finding and breakdown repairs on heavy mobile plant and equipment.
n




- Diagnose mechanical issues and repair or replace components to ensure equipment reliability and operational performance.
n
- Maintain plant and equipment in accordance with site procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
n
- Complete maintenance documentation, inspections, pre‐start checks, oil sampling, and reporting requirements accurately and on time.
n
- Promote a strong safety culture by identifying and managing risks, participating in safety meetings, completing JSAs/Secure Stops, and reporting incidents, hazards, and near misses.
