Your prospect

- Picking blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries dependent on the crop forecast
n
- Must be flexible to work across other areas of the farm based on the crop forecast
n
- Work is available on a casual basis
n
- You will be trained by the supervisors on how to pick and pack the best quality fruit
n
- It is a physical role which requires walking and small continuous movements of the wrists,



hands, and arms

About you

- Genuine berry picking experience (Raspberry, Blueberry, Blackberry). Please provide Costa payroll ID if previously issued
n
- Reliable transport; our farm is regional and not accessible via public transport, bikes or e-vehicles
n
- Determined, self-motivated, and productive
n
- Team-spirited and respectful across cultures
n
- Passionate about working outdoors and delivering high-quality produce
n
