A successful Cyber Threat Intel and Hunt Manager should have:

n

- Minimum 8 years' experience as a senior cyber security specialist, with deep expertise across threat intelligence, threat hunting, threat modelling, and both offensive and defensive security disciplines.
n
- A robust understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
n
- Demonstrated capability in leading and executing threat assessments and threat modelling, translating intelligence into actionable security improvements
n
- Hands‐on experience with enterprise security tooling, including log analytics, correlation and SIEM platforms (e.g. CrowdStrike/LogScale, Splunk
n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
n
- Highly developed analytical, critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives, board‐level stakeholders and external partners, while working autonomously
