About the Role

n

Floor Supervisor (Full Time)

n

As a Floor Supervisor, you will lead and inspire the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities:

- Supervise and support Room Attendants on assigned floors
n
- Conduct quality checks to ensure brand standards consistently met
n
- Coordinate daily room assignments and prioritise VIP/special requests
n




- Provide coaching and training to team members
n

n

About You

n

- Passionate about hospitality and guest service
n
- Robust attention to detail and high personal standards
n
- Able to work in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented environment
n
- Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage (but not essential for all roles)
n
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
