Fulfillio is looking for a hands‐on Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our Distribution Centre in Altona, VIC.

This is a full-time, on‐site role working closely with the Warehouse Manager to support the day‐to‐day operation of a busy 3PL environment.

n

We're looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their warehouse career, ideally a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, 2IC or experienced warehouse professional who wants more responsibility and a genuine pathway into warehouse management.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Supporting the Warehouse Manager with daily operations
n
- Coordinating warehouse staff and operational priorities
n
- Monitoring picking, packing, replenishment and dispatch
n
- Managing inbound receiving and stock movements
n
- Investigating inventory discrepancies and stock issues
n
- Coordinating carrier collections and freight
n
- Following up delayed, stuck or incomplete orders
n
- Using WMS and RF scanning systems
n
- Supporting stocktakes and cycle counts
n
- Training and supporting warehouse team members
n
- Helping maintain a protected, organised and efficient warehouse
n
- Working hands‐on on the warehouse floor when required
n

What we're looking for:

n





n
- 2+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics or distribution
n
- Previous Team Leader, Supervisor, 2IC or similar experience
n
- Strong understanding of receiving, inventory and dispatch
n
- Experience using WMS, ERP or RF scanning systems
n
- Good computer and operational reporting skills
n
- Strong organisational and problem‐solving ability
n
- Confidence coordinating and supporting a warehouse team
n
- A hands‐on, accountable and reliable approach
n
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
n
- Availability to work full‐time, Monday to Friday, on‐site in Altona
n

LF/LO forklift licence is highly regarded.
