Preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardianships and associated estate planning documentation. Advising executors, beneficiaries and families on probate, Letters of Administration and deceased estate administration .
Managing estate assets, liabilities, distributions and other issues arising throughout the administration of estates. Advising on family provision claims, Will disputes and contested estates , including negotiation and estate litigation matters.

Advising on superannuation, testamentary trusts and other issues relevant to comprehensive estate planning. Managing your own matters with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining strong, empathetic relationships with clients. The ideal candidate: Wills & Estates Lawyer with 4 years' PQE . A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records.

Solid experience across Wills & Estates, ideally including estate planning, probate and deceased estate administration . Experience in estate litigation and contested estates will be highly regarded. Strong drafting, technical and client management skills, with the confidence to manage matters autonomously. A personable and empathetic approach, with a genuine interest in developing their career within Wills & Estates law.
