You will be supported by a highly experienced team that delivers exceptional ongoing support to you and our customers. Horan & Bird has an elite customer care team along with an Electrical Engineering team that monitors our Solar & Battery Fleet 24/7, so that you as a sales person have the peace of mind that your customers will be treated with the Gold Standard.

Key responsibilities

n

Conducting in-home solar and battery consultations with qualified leads

n

Helping customers understand their energy usage, costs, and system options

n

Presenting tailored solar and battery solutions

n

Managing your pipeline through our CRM.

n

Working closely with admin, finance, and installation teams

n

Building trust and long-term customer relationships

n

About you

n

Strong communication and people skills

n

Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

n

Ability to learn and follow a proven sales process

n

Skilled presentation and attitude

n

Confidence working with technology and CRM systems

n

Solar industry experience highly regarded

n

Driver's licence required

n

Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face

n

Coachable and open to feedback

n

Qualified appointments provided
