Job Description

National Australia Bank in Dowerin is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor to support the local branch and deliver a tailored customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers and guide them toward suitable products and services while promoting NAB's Smarter Banking options.

The role emphasizes accuracy, a customer-centric approach, and inclusion, with a 3-day-per-week schedule (9:00am–4:15pm on Mon, Wed, Fri) and access to NAB career development and extensive perks.
