Aveo Newstead Residences in the inner-city suburb of Newstead is seeking a Maintenance Officer to keep homes and shared spaces protected, functional and well presented for residents.
You will manage a range of reactive and preventative maintenance tasks, including painting, small plumbing, lighting and equipment upkeep, while engaging positively with residents and the team.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with a supportive team and opportunities to learn and grow.
