Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in the delivery of large-scale digital and technology initiatives. This position will suit a senior BA who enjoys working across business and technical teams, facilitating complex stakeholder conversations, and translating business needs into practical solutions.

Working within a collaborative project environment, you will engage with senior stakeholders, architects, developers, data specialists and external vendors to support the delivery of modern digital platforms and business improvements.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements discovery sessions.
n
- Analyse complex business problems and identify opportunities for process improvement.
n
- Elicit, document and manage business and technical requirements.
n
- Produce high-quality artefacts including:
n
- Acceptance criteria
n
- Process maps
n
- Business rules
n
- Traceability matrices
n
- Document system integrations, data flows and reporting requirements.
n
- Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design activities.
n
- Support testing, validation, defect triage and user acceptance testing (UAT).
n
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, project teams and delivery partners.
n




- Contribute to continuous improvement and modern delivery practices.

Skills & Experience

n

We're interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

- Extensive Business Analysis experience within digital or technology projects.
n
- Solid requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation capabilities.
n
- Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog artefacts.
n
- Business process mapping and process improvement expertise.
n
- Experience documenting integrations, interfaces and data flows.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
n
- Experience supporting Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery environments.
n
- Exposure to testing, UAT and delivery support activities.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- The ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced and evolving environments.
n

Experience working with one or more of the following would be highly regarded:

n

- Enterprise applications (ERP, HR, Finance, Procurement or Document Management systems)
n
- Data and reporting initiatives
n
- Cloud-based platforms
n
- Digital transformation programs
n
- Government, research, scientific, agriculture or highly regulated environments
n
- Tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio and Microsoft 365.
