As a Registered Nurse you will use your clinical skills to deliver a person-centred care and service delivery for all Residents. Provide safe and effective evidence-based care through assessing, planning, implementing, delivering and evaluating care for Residents in accordance with scope of practice, and coordinated health and allied services care planning.* Previous Aged Care experience highly regarded.* You will have a passion for Aged Care industry* Complete all training as required.* High level of English skills written and verbal.* Collaborative and friendly approach to all team members,
