Job Description

Naiman Clarke is assisting a high-growth Australian asset manager with a newly created in-house Legal Counsel role focused on structured finance, treasury and capital markets. You will lead both drafting and negotiation and embed within the funding strategy from day one.

The role sits in Sydney CBD and requires a commercial, hands-on lawyer with 6–12 years PQE and solid experience in securitisation, warehouse funding and debt capital markets.
