Design and Build are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a passion for overseeing recent build projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our client's tight knit team and assist them in a large format $40M new build project in Brisbane.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all aspects of the build. Take charge and own your project.
n
- Lead another junior site manager, and 3 foremen.
n
- Work collaborative with you project manager, contracts administrator, subcontractors and client.
n
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
n
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
n
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site records, project look-a-heads, and safety records.

Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects - $40 million +.
n




- Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and best practices in industrial builds.
n
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
n
- QBCC licence
n
