ETT Career Move is seeking an experienced Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA/OPA) Designer for an Australian Government program in Canberra.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design and develop OIA/OPA solutions based on business and policy requirements.
n
- Translate complex business rules and legislation into Oracle Policy Modelling (OPM) rules.
n
- Work with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
n
- Design OIA interviews, decision logic and user experiences.
n
- Work with OIA connectors, APIs and styling extensions.
n
- Support integration of OIA with Siebel and other enterprise applications.
n
- Prepare technical/design documentation and support testing and deployment.
n
- Work within Agile and/or structured software development environments.
n

Key Skills

n

n




- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) / Oracle Policy Automation (OPA).
n
- Experience with Oracle Policy Modelling (OPM) and rule authoring.
n
- Strong understanding of OIA connectors, APIs and styling.
n
- Experience designing complex business rules / decision logic.
n
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
n
- Siebel integration experience is highly desirable.
n
- Robust documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Australian Government experience and Baseline clearance preferred/required as applicable.
