What will your day look like?

You'll be an important part of creating a clean, protected, comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors and team members.

n

Your day could include:

n

- Cleaning resident rooms and communal areas
n
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising
n
- Cleaning bathrooms, offices, kitchens and shared spaces
n
- Supporting our in-house laundry, including sorting, washing and distribution
n
- Removing rubbish and replenishing supplies
n
- Following infection prevention and control practices
n
- Using cleaning equipment, products and PPE safely
n
- Responding respectfully to resident and staff requests
n
- Identifying and reporting maintenance, safety or other concerns
n

This is a casual position with the opportunity to move into permanent employment for the right person and team fit.

Could this be you?

It would be invaluable if you have previous cleaning experience in aged care but we are also looking for people who:

n

n
- Are reliable, hardworking and take pride in what they do
n
- Have experience in cleaning or housekeeping
n
- Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
n
- Are organised and able to manage their time effectively
n
- Have a friendly, respectful and customer-focused approach
n
- Are comfortable with the physical demands of a hands-on role
n
- Understand the importance of cleanliness, hygiene and attention to detail
n
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment assessment for the role
n

n

Experience in aged care, healthcare or commercial cleaning will be highly regarded, as will knowledge of infection prevention and control.
