Our Neuromodulation business provides a broad portfolio of non-opioid pain management solutions, including implantable devices compatible with mobile technology and radiofrequency ablation therapies, helping patients who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These cutting-edge therapies enable us to deliver interventional pain management solutions across the entire pain continuum.
n Overview :
n As a key member of our Chronic Pain Therapies (CPT) team, this role is responsible for maximising sales volume and market share of designated products across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Townsville.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
- Obtain and maintain Neuromodulation product certification.
n
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory.
n
- Actively implement and execute on salesforce effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training.
n
- Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning.
n
- Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networks.
n
- Provide pre procedure education to patients.
n
- Support implantation and post-operative follow ups of devices within your territory.
n
- Utilise internal resources to assist servicing customers within your territory.
n
- Manage allocated consignment stock.
n
- Maintain accurate customer profiles.
n
- Maintain up to date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs.
n
- Assist with product marketing and launches.
n
- Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity.
n
- Attend to/comply with customer service and other administrative requirements within the required timeframe.
n
- Attend company sales meetings as required.
n
- Ensure maintenance of company property/assets.
n
- Handle and document customer complaints according to Field Event Reporting Standard Operating Procedure.
n
- Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by Manager.
n
- Some rural, interstate and possibly international travel may be required to fulfil your duties.
n
- You may be required to work outside of your ordinary hours of work to participate in essential training, team meetings, customer events or trade shows/conferences. These events may take place on an evening and/or weekend.
n

On Call
n
n
- This role requires participation in the relevant on‐call roster applicable to your role.
n
n
Essential Qualifications and Experience
n
n
- Tertiary qualification in Medical, Business Management field or other related field required.
n
- Experience and demonstrated high performance as a Medical Device Territory Manager.
n
n

- Good understanding of the industry process and function.

- Ability to convincingly discuss product range with customers, as well as internal and external experts.
n
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
n
- Experience in supporting procedures in the operating theatre as a Medical Device Representative.

- Selling skills that include managing customer relationships, discovery of customer needs/requirements, follow up of sales leads, demonstrating the products, able to develop solutions and resolve problems, negotiating and closing the deal.
n
- Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts.
