Job Description
Physiotherapist - South Brisbane
n
Full-Time | Community & Mobile Allied Health | Varied Caseload
n
MOR. Healthcare is currently recruiting a Physiotherapist to join a growing and highly supportive allied health provider servicing South Brisbane and surrounding areas.
n
This is a full-time, community-based position suited to a Physiotherapist who enjoys variety, autonomy and getting out from behind the clinic walls.
n
You'll work directly with clients in their homes, aged care facilities and community settings, supporting a diverse caseload that can include adults, older Australians, children and NDIS participants.
n
A Team People Stay With
n
One of the biggest strengths of this organisation is its culture and staff retention.
n
Over the past three years, they have had just one team member leave the organisation - and that departure was due to family circumstances.
n
That level of retention speaks volumes about the environment they have created. This is a genuinely supportive organisation where clinicians are valued, well supported and encouraged to build a sustainable career rather than simply manage an overwhelming caseload.
n
You'll have the autonomy that comes with community-based work, while still having the support and connection of a solid allied health team behind you.
n
About the Role
n
As a mobile Physiotherapist, you'll manage your own caseload across the South Brisbane region, providing personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy in the environments where your clients live and function every day.
n
Your role may include:
n
n
- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
n
- Developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans
n
- Supporting mobility, strength, balance and falls prevention
n
- Rehabilitation following injury, illness or hospitalisation
n
- Pain management and functional capacity support
n
- Working with older adults and aged care residents
n
- Supporting NDIS participants to achieve their mobility and independence goals
n
- Providing education and recommendations to clients, families and carers
n
- Collaborating with Occupational Therapists and other allied health professionals
n
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports
n
n
What's On Offer
n
n
- $89,000 + super for Physiotherapists with 1-2 years' experience
n
- Up to $98,000 + super for Senior Physiotherapists
n
- Fully maintained company car for both business AND private use
n
- All fuel, tolls, insurance, registration and maintenance fully covered
n
- Excellent team culture with exceptionally high staff retention
n
- Supportive leadership and a team that genuinely values its clinicians
n
- Diverse community-based caseload
n
- Variety across disability, aged care, rehabilitation and general community physiotherapy
n
- Autonomy to manage your day and caseload
n
- Support from an established multidisciplinary allied health team
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for a Physiotherapist who is confident working independently in the community while enjoying being part of a collaborative team.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
- Bachelor or postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Australian working rights
n
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
n
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
n
- Ability to manage your own caseload and schedule
n
- A genuine interest in community-based healthcare
n
- Experience across NDIS, aged care, community rehabilitation or disability would be highly regarded
n
n
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to join an organisation where good clinicians are supported - and stay.
