$115,000-$135,000 + Super + Uncapped Bonus

Salary dependent on experience. The upper end of the range is intended for candidates with demonstrated occupational rehabilitation experience, including return-to-work services, workplace assessments, FCE and ADL assessments.

SA Allied Health Group is a growing South Australian occupational rehabilitation provider. We're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist who enjoys building relationships, working independently and making a genuine difference in the lives of injured workers.

This isn't a large corporate environment. You'll have direct access to the business owner, flexibility in how you manage your caseload, and the opportunity to influence the services, systems and direction of a growing business.

- Workplace Rehabilitation & Return-to-Work Services

- Worksite Assessments
n
- Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessments
n
- Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)
n
- Ergonomic Assessments
n
- Job Dictionary Development
n
- Graduated Return-to-Work Planning and Monitoring
n

About You

n

n
- Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist
n
- AHPRA registered
n
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
n
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile caseload
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n

n

Highly Regarded:

n

n
- Occupational rehabilitation or workplace rehabilitation experience
n
- Return-to-work and injury management experience
n
- Experience working with employers, insurers and treating practitioners
n
- Knowledge of the South Australian workers compensation environment
n
