THE ROLE
n
n
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly and monthly payrolls across Australia and New Zealand
n
- End-to-end payroll processing ensuring compliance with Awards, EBAs and legislation
n
- Act as a Super User for ADP GlobalView, assisting with system queries, testing and enhancements
n
- Support payroll and HR teams with payroll systems and process-related queries
n
- Manage employee payroll enquiries including expat and inpat payrolls
n
- Month-end reporting and calculations including PAYG, Superannuation, Workers Compensation and labour costing reports
n
- Maintain employee payroll records and leave entitlements
n
- Work closely with Payroll, HR and Finance stakeholders
n
- Assist with process improvement initiatives, team training and system upgrades
n
- Support audit requirements and payroll compliance activities
n
n
THE PERSON
n
n
- Proven end-to-end payroll experience using ADP GlobalView is essential
n
- Strong understanding of Awards, EBAs, payroll legislation, tax and superannuation requirements
n
- Strong systems capability with the ability to drive process improvements and support upgrades
n
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills
n
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines
n
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team workplace
n
