Carpentaria invites applications for an Independent Living Coach to support participants living with dementia, age-related frailty, and complex health needs in Darwin. You will help maintain independence, promote wellbeing, and enable meaningful daily activities through person-centred planning and collaboration with families, nursing staff and allied health professionals.
