Job Description

Mercy Place Parkville in Victoria is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to ensure our aged care facilities remain protected, functional, and well-maintained for residents and staff. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance and support safety initiatives across buildings, grounds and systems.

You will bring maintenance experience, contractor management abilities, and solid WHS knowledge. Familiarity with HVAC and CMMS is advantageous; trade qualifications are preferred.
