As the Customer Support Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for customers; handling enquiries, tracking orders, sourcing parts and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
n
- Process orders, quotes and parts sales.
n
- Track deliveries and chase up orders.
n
- Source parts (including tricky backorders).
n
- Work with teams across the business to get the job done.
n

What we are looking for:

n

n
- Experience in customer service or admin.
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
n
- Attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
n
- Experience with systems (SAP / CRM / ERP)
