ANZ Country Sales Manager – Healthcare Software

We are partnering with a global healthcare software provider to appoint an experienced ANZ Country Sales Manager.

n

This is a senior leadership role responsible for growing the company's healthcare business across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead the regional sales strategy, develop major customer relationships and build a strong pipeline across public and private healthcare.

n

The role requires someone who understands the healthcare market and has experience selling complex software solutions into hospitals, health services, government agencies or other major healthcare organisations.

n

The role:

n

You will take ownership of sales performance across ANZ, working closely with regional leadership, solution engineering, delivery, marketing and partner teams.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Develop and execute the ANZ healthcare sales strategy
n
- Lead, coach and support the local sales team
n
- Win new enterprise customers and expand existing accounts
n
- Build relationships with healthcare executives, clinical leaders, technology teams and government stakeholders
n
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial engagement through to contract
n
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and territory plans
n
- Lead major tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations
n
- Work with solution engineers to deliver demonstrations and customer presentations
n
- Develop relationships with implementation, technology and consulting partners
n
- Represent the business at healthcare events and industry forums
n
- Provide market feedback to regional leadership and product teams
n
- Take responsibility for revenue growth and overall market development across ANZ
n

What we're looking for:

n

Healthcare industry experience is important for this appointment. You should understand how major healthcare organisations buy technology and the challenges involved in clinical,



operational and data transformation.

n

You will ideally bring:

n

n
- Senior enterprise software sales experience
n
- Direct experience selling into the healthcare sector
n
- Knowledge of hospitals, health services, government health or private healthcare groups
n
- Experience with healthcare software, EHR/EPR platforms, health information exchange, clinical systems, interoperability or healthcare data solutions
n
- A record of winning complex, high-value enterprise deals
n
- Experience leading and developing salespeople
n
- Solid relationships across the Australian healthcare market
n
- Confidence working with executives, clinicians, CIOs and senior government stakeholders
n
- Experience managing tenders, procurement and long sales cycles
n
- Strong commercial negotiation and forecasting skills
n
- A structured approach to account planning and pipeline management
n
- Ability to travel across Australia and New Zealand when required
n

n

Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, healthcare integration, clinical workflows or healthcare data platforms would be highly regarded.
