We are seeking a professional and organised Administration Officer to join a busy and well-established manufacturing business in South Kingsville for an initial 4-week temporary assignment.

This flexible opportunity offers 12-15 hours per week, with hours able to be spread across the week or worked over 2-3 days, making it ideal for someone seeking a short-term position with excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

n

As the first point of contact for the business, you will play an key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by:

- Greeting visitors and creating a positive first impression
n
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
n
- Receiving deliveries and managing incoming parcels
n
- Performing data entry and maintaining records within the ERP system
n
- Assisting with Accounts Payable administration
n
- Providing general administrative support
n
- Maintaining a clean,



organised, and professional office environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in an administration or office support role
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Good computer literacy and confidence learning new systems
n
- Excellent presentation and professionalism
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- A reliable and proactive work ethic
n
- Accounts Payable experience (desirable but not essential)
n
