Our Graduate Nurse Program, commencing in March 2027, provides the opportunity to develop your clinical skills, build confidence and gain valuable experience in a supportive healthcare environment.

Who we are:

Mulgrave Private Hospital is a rapidly expanding acute medical and surgical hospital conveniently located in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, easily accessible via the Monash Freeway and East Link. We are committed to ensuring positive patient experiences by facilitating high-quality nursing care in a supportive and learning setting.

Our facilities include:

· 24 hour Emergency Department

· 10 bed Intensive Care Unit

· 17 bed Coronary Care Unit

· 9 Operating Theatres

· 1 Cardiac Catheter Laboratory

· 1 Hybrid Theatre

· Medical and Surgical wards

What we offer:

- 12-month contract, up to x8 shifts per fortnight

- 2 x 6-month rotations across a range of clinical departments with supernumerary time at the beginning of each allocation
