The 2027 Graduate Program

Starting in January 2027,



our structured Graduate Program is designed to seamlessly transition you from student to a highly confident clinician. You will be fully supported with:

- Extensive Onboarding — Start with a comprehensive onboarding program designed to build your confidence in our systems, clinical approach, client experience and day-to-day role.
- Practice Before You Perform — Get plenty of opportunities to practise assessments, consultations, programming and client conversations with experienced clinicians before putting it into practice on your own.
- Ongoing Mentorship & Support — Have regular access to experienced Exercise Physiologists, feedback, 1:1 support and development opportunities as you transition from student to confident clinician.

About You

- You will finish your study with a degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology (or equivalent) in 2026 (or early 2027).
- You will be eligible for ESSA Accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) by early 2027.
- You are deeply passionate about using exercise as medicine to improve your clients' quality of life.
- You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative, social, and engaging setting.
