If you are an undergraduate Accounting student looking to jump start your career, we are offering a 13-month part time internship based at our Scoresby. This is a unique opportunity to gain skills and knowledge while you are working full time commencing 27th January 2027.

In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Working Capital management through understanding the end-to-end process of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Intercompany.
- Support month-end close activities, including preparation of journals, accruals, prepayments, reclassifications, foreign currency adjustments, and other accounting entries.
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations, investigate aged or unusual items, and ensure supporting documentation is audit-ready.
- Support ABS survey preparation and submissions
- Assist with audit and compliance activities and coordinating supporting documentation
- Identify needs and opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to ensure timely completion of reporting, control, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

About You: To qualify for this undergraduate internship, it is essential that you:

- Are currently studying a Bachelor degree Majoring in Accounting
- Have between 1 and 8 units of study left to complete of your undergraduate degree as of January 2027
- Are available for the full 13 months and be willing to defer your studies for that duration.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess skills/abilities or be able to perform:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Inquisitive nature
- Outgoing personality (confidence in communicating with a range of stakeholders)
- Intermediate MS Excel skills

This is a 13-month, full time, paid placement and the successful candidate will be required to defer their studies for the duration of the program.
