360 Recruitment Consultant – Manufacturing & Engineering **Perth, WA

$70k-$90k (DOE) + Super + Comms** Monday - Friday, 35 hours (Flexible working hours)

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for the opportunity to build and grow your own desk within the Manufacturing & Engineering sector?

We’re looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team and take ownership of a specialist market across Perth.

This is an opportunity to work across the full recruitment lifecycle — from business development and winning new clients through to sourcing candidates, managing interviews and successfully placing talent.

The Role

- Manage the full 360 recruitment process across Manufacturing & Engineering
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and source high-quality candidates across technical, trade and engineering positions
- Build your own network, desk and client portfolio within a growing market
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions

About You

- Previous 360 recruitment experience is preferred
- Recruitment experience within Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial or Technical sectors is highly desirable
- Confident with business development and comfortable picking up the phone
- Commercially driven, resilient and motivated by results
- Strong communicator who enjoys building genuine relationships
- Someone who wants ownership, autonomy and the opportunity to earn
