? 5 x Co-Facilitators – Digital Governance Programs | Canberra

We are currently seeking 5 experienced Co-Facilitators to support the delivery of a Digital Governance Program for a major Australian Government engagement.

? Location: Canberra, ACT – Hybrid

? Start: October 2026

⏳ Contract: 12 months + 12-month extension

? Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

? Security: Must be able to obtain Baseline clearance

? Working Arrangement: Hybrid, with onsite delivery in Canberra

? Key Requirements

✅ Experience facilitating executive-level training, workshops or leadership development programs for APS SES or equivalent C-suite audiences.

✅ Experience participating in governance, oversight or decision-making forums for large-scale digital transformation, ICT or technology-enabled programs.





✅ Solid understanding of the Digital SRO role and government governance requirements.

✅ Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills , with the ability to guide complex discussions and constructively challenge senior stakeholders.

Candidates from Digital Transformation, ICT Governance, Program/Portfolio Management, Executive Facilitation, Government Advisory and Technology Governance backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
