HVG Fabrics is looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to take ownership of an established NSW customer portfolio while identifying and developing new business opportunities across the state.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role suited to someone who enjoys being out in the market, building long-term relationships and taking ownership of their territory.

Experience within blinds and awnings, window furnishings, textiles, architectural or building products, industrial products or related B2B markets would be highly regarded, but just as important is your ability to understand customers, identify opportunities and turn strong relationships into sustainable sales growth.

The opportunity

As our NSW Account Manager, you'll manage and grow an established customer base while actively developing new opportunities across HVG Fabrics' diverse product portfolio.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your territory, build meaningful customer relationships and work closely with our internal teams to deliver great outcomes for customers.

Your role will include:

- Managing and growing an established portfolio of NSW customers
- Developing new business and identifying opportunities within existing accounts
- Building strong relationships with business owners, purchasing teams, sales teams and other key decision-makers
- Regularly visiting customers throughout your territory
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
- Introducing new products and identifying opportunities to expand product usage within accounts
- Preparing quotations and following opportunities through to conversion
- Monitoring market activity, competitor movements and emerging opportunities
- Working closely with our internal sales, operations and product teams




- Maintaining an active sales pipeline and delivering against agreed sales targets

About you

We're looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of a sales territory.

You'll ideally bring:

- Experience in account management, territory sales, business development or external B2B sales
- A demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Strong new-business development skills
- The confidence to identify opportunities and have commercially focused conversations with customers
- Excellent communication, organisation and follow-up
- The ability to manage your own territory and priorities
- A current Australian driver's licence
- Experience within blinds and awnings, window furnishings, textiles and fabrics, architectural products, building products, industrial products, marine or related markets would be particularly valuable, although it is not essential.
