The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our busy finance department. Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, you’ll help ensure our suppliers are paid, while keeping our systems running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

- Process invoices, POs and work orders
- Match supplier charges to client entries
- Reconcile statements & follow up on outstanding items
- Maintain supplier records
- Liaise with internal teams & suppliers
- Assist with cashflow forecasting,



month-end and EFT runs (training provided)
- Admin support for workshop functions

What You Bring

- AP or finance experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience with Xero or similar (bonus)
