We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to join our team. The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra.

The Role

n

n
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors PMGM solutions.
n
- Design, build and maintain Performance and 360 Review Templates.
n
- Facilitate workshops, requirements, gathering and solution design sessions.
n
- Conduct release impact assessments and manage quarterly release testing.
n
- Prepare and execute SIT, UAT and regression testing activities.
n
- Analyse and resolve defects and production support issues.
n
- Create functional specifications and solution documentation.
n
- Support annual performance review cycles and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and support teams.
n

Key Skills & Experience

n

n
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience.
n




- Strong hands-on experience in: Performance Management (PM), Goal Management (GM) ,360 Reviews / Multi-Rater, Continuous Performance Management (CPM)
n
- Experience configuring: Performance Templates, Goal Plans and Goal Templates, Route Maps, Rating Scales, Competency Libraries ,360 Review Templates, Form Sections and Permissions
n
- Strong knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
n
- Experience with SuccessFactors quarterly release reviews, impact assessments, regression testing and deployment activities
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification.
n
- Experience with Calibration and Succession Management integration.
n

n

Security clearance NV1 security clearance is required for this role.
