About the Role

As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play an key part in the day-to-day success of the store. Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Delivering friendly and genuine customer service
n
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
n
- Working towards individual and store sales targets
n
- Supporting key retail metrics including ATV, UPT and conversion
n
- Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
n
- Processing sales, returns and transactions accurately
n
- Replenishing stock and maintaining an organised stockroom
n
- Supporting the Store Manager and wider team with daily operations
n

n

Availability

n

This position is specifically based at our Clarks Westfield Mt Gravatt store.

n

To be considered for the role, candidates must have availability to work:

n

n
- Mondays
n
- Tuesdays
n
- Wednesdays
n
- Weekends when required/requested, particularly during busy and peak trading periods
n

n

There may also be opportunities for additional casual shifts at our Clarks Westfield Chermside store.

n





Candidates who are comfortable working across both Mt Gravatt and Chermside when additional support is required will be highly regarded.

- Has previous retail or customer service experience
n
- Is confident approaching and engaging with customers
n
- Has a positive, sales-focused attitude
n
- Enjoys working towards targets and celebrating team success
n
- Is reliable, proactive and comfortable working independently when required
n
- Takes pride in their presentation and the presentation of the store
n
- Can provide flexibility during key retail and peak trading periods
n
