Occupational Therapist

We are seeking motivated and client‐centred Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary practice. This role is ideal for clinicians who value high‐quality service delivery, professional growth, and a supportive team environment. Positions are open for clinicians from new graduate through to experienced.

About the Role
n
We're seeking Occupational Therapists to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team, based primarily in the Yarra Valley. You'll work with clients across the lifespan—from early childhood through adulthood—providing assessment, intervention, and team-oriented support with families, educators, and allied health professionals.
n
The role includes clinic‐based work in Yarra Junction, community visits (home, school, kinder, aged care), and optional Telehealth/Work From Home sessions. Engagement at our Warragul clinic to be discussed based upon clinician location.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Provide evidence‐informed Occupational Therapy assessment, intervention, and reporting across the lifespan
n
- Build strong therapeutic rapport with clients, families, carers, and community stakeholders
n
- Administer, interpret, and report assessments efficiently and professionally
n
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and uphold professional standards
n
- Collaborate and communicate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic client outcomes
n
- Manage client information and company records with accuracy across all required platforms
n
- Provide high‐quality client care through balanced caseload management, professional boundaries, and proactive risk communication
n
- Contribute to service quality, team culture, and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Participate in regular supervision, training, and ongoing professional development
n
- Demonstrate professional wellbeing practices, positive communication, and solution‐focused thinking
n
- Uphold organisational policies, OH&S; requirements, and best‐practice clinical standards
n

Essential Criteria
n

- AHPRA registration
n
- Strong communication, organisation, and rapport‐building skills
n
- Experience in assessment, reporting, and evidence‐informed intervention
n
- Commitment to ongoing professional development

- Ability to work across Yarra Junction clinic, community settings, and Telehealth
n
- NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, Police Check
n
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
n
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

Desirable

- Paediatric experience or interest

- Openness to working with varied presentations
n
- NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner registration
