We’re looking for an experienced clinician who cares deeply about people, values genuine connection and wants to do meaningful therapeutic work within a supportive and collaborative team.

THE ROLE

We’re seeking either: Registered Counsellor – ACA Level 3 or above OR Accredited Social Worker – minimum 3+ years post-graduate registration with AASW Part-time – Monday, Wednesday and Friday Weekend work is also available for those wanting additional flexibility or hours. Above Award Salary!

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications matter, but so does the human behind them. We’re looking for someone who is warm, grounded and genuinely person-centred; trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming; confident working autonomously while valuing collaboration; and reliable, ethical and reflective in their practice. Experience working with children, adolescents, families, neurodivergence, trauma, attachment,



mental health and/or disability will be highly regarded.
