Join the Administration Team within the Emergency Department Administration Office Level 1 at Liverpool Hospital and play a key role in supporting the secretarial and administrative functions in a part-time role.

- Enjoy a permanent part-time position of 24 hours per week, with negotiable days and hours to be agreed upon prior to commencement.
- You will be working to provide secretarial and administrative support to the medical workforce in Emergency Department Administration Office including roster maintenance via Healthroster, shift swap processing, ensuring correct leave entitlements and allowances are allocated, onboarding activities in relation JMO and Intern orientation support.
- Support a broad range of departmental functions including meeting coordination, minute taking, procurement activities, email, business correspondence, processing of non-TESL applications for medical staff, outgoing mail, and other administrative and secretarial duties as required.

Are You the Right Fit? The right candidate will have demonstrated previous secretarial experience and enjoy providing high-quality administrative support to the medical staff in the ED Administration Offices.

- You will be seeking part-time hours in a secretarial role.
- You will be highly organised, have good attention to detail, accuracy, and be able to multitask with competing priorities each day, while working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills combined with business writing skills,



with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with medical staff and key stakeholders.
- The successful applicant will provide relief support for the Emergency Department Secretary during planned and unplanned leave.
