Administration Geologist | Full Time | Work from Home

Australian Mining & Exploration Title Services Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Administration Geologist to join our national Geoservices team. This is a work-from-home role suited to a motivated, organised and technically capable professional who enjoys delivering high-quality work, building robust client relationships and contributing to practical outcomes across the Australian resources sector.

At AMETS, we pride ourselves on being trusted leaders in mining and exploration title services. Our Geoservices team provides technical support to internal and external clients across Australia, with a strong focus on accuracy, responsiveness, service quality and business outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting within the Geoservices team, you will assist with the preparation, coordination and delivery of technical and regulatory services for clients operating in the resources sector. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement, clear communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional work-from-home environment.

Key responsibilities may include assisting with tenure applications, renewals, relinquishments, statutory reporting, bond and security matters, exploration and environmental approvals, activity approvals, programmes of work, GIS requirements, due diligence, land access matters, spatial data management and other Geoservices deliverables across Australia.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience or strong working knowledge within the mining, exploration or resources sector.




- Ability to prepare accurate documentation and manage technical or regulatory requirements with care and consistency.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients, government agencies, consultants and internal teams.
- Sound computer skills, with GIS skills, database knowledge or the ability to learn new systems highly regarded.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach to managing competing deadlines and client needs.
- Professionalism, personal accountability and the ability to work effectively from a home-based environment.
