Multiple Temporary Full time Part time and Casual Opportunities to Join the Admin Relief Pool and provide vital administrative support across Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services.

Your New Role

As an Administration Officer in the Casual Relief Pool, you'll provide short-term relief and backfill support across a range of Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services locations. No two assignments may be the same, giving you the opportunity to support different teams, build your experience and play an important role in keeping essential services running smoothly.

- Provide administrative, reception and secretarial support across a range of work areas.
- Manage enquiries, correspondence, documents, data entry and other day-to-day tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, bookings, travel arrangements and support for staff and teams.
- Work autonomously to manage competing priorities while delivering great customer service.

About You You're an organised and adaptable administration professional who can quickly step into new environments and provide reliable support. You communicate confidently, use sound judgement and can manage competing priorities while maintaining professionalism, discretion and a strong customer focus.

- Experience in administration, reception or secretarial support roles.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
