An exciting opportunity currently exists for you to join the Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services as an Administration Officer. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure the effective operation of the department across the District. You will coordinate documentation, purchasing, correspondence, records management and meeting support, while maintaining systems and processes to meet operational priorities and deadlines.

About your role

- Actively participate in the processing of daily documentation in relation to the functions of the Building, Engineering & Maintenance Services (BEMS) to achieve goals of the unit and provide support for the supply of work orders, requisitions, purchasing and accounts payable.




- Provide secretarial support for the BEMS Management Team and act as BEMS Department minutes secretary.
- Examine and prioritise incoming correspondence, paper and reports to determine action.
