About your role:
Maintain a high standard of customer service by responding to general reception enquiries for the department by answering all incoming telephone calls and ensuring accurate transfer of messages and information to support patients and staff.
Support Activity Based Funding initiatives and contribute to patient flow initiatives by maintaining the accuracy of all current patient information systems
Perform a support role to medical and nursing staff within the department by assisting with the preparation and completion of a range of administrative duties.
