Your Role As an Administration Officer , you'll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our NSW business. Acting as a central point of coordination between clients, field staff, engineers, laboratories, and internal teams, you'll ensure jobs are accurately booked, maintained, and progressed through the business workflow while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:

- Coordinate and manage job bookings, allocations, and workflow progression across NSW operations.




- Communicate with clients to arrange bookings, site access, job updates, and information requests.
- Maintain accurate job records, documentation, and data within Dynamics and company systems.
- Liaise with operational, laboratory, engineering, and support teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor outstanding work, follow up on overdue items, and escalate workflow issues where required.
- Provide administrative support across NSW and QLD operations, including phone and email enquiries.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in an administration, scheduling, customer service, or coordination role.
- Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems, with Dynamics 365 experience highly regarded.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and the ability to work independently when required.
